When those Halloween parties or other costumed occasions arrive on your calendar, try putting together a Pirate costume to liven up the party. Men and women both alike will have a blast as they walk around bellowing pirate slang and plundering their share of food and drink. To dress like a pirate girls you follow these basic guidelines.
1. Shirts should have more ruffles , hats should have lace and bows to distinguish them from the men's, of course, and boots should be taller and perhaps even lace up.
2. Strap a lace up corset on over your shirt. Fabric works, although leather is better for the true pirate lass.
3. Find a long gypsy inspired skirt with an asymmetrical jagged hem line or a short flouncy skirt with a leather overlay. Real women wear pants as well, though. After all, it is more difficult to plunder or scrub the deck in a skirt.
4. Tie a lacy scarf around your neck or use a simple piece of leather as a choker.

- No pirate's attire would be complete without the mandatory eye patch - arrgh!
- The length of your Pirate skirt could make the difference between being known as a lady or being known as the ship's wench, so be ye forewarned.
- Keep your trusty sword by your side to ensure that any mutinies are swiftly put down.

These costumes are really nice to be worn for any kind of pirate party. I think I need this for my Halloween party that I will be planning this year. For this party I have already started planning and hired Chicago venues for that.
